Book Description:
A systematic course of stretching and posture
leading to the safe and comfortable adoption of the Lotus Posture,
including a guide to the symbolism and meaning behind the Lotus
Flower. Illustrated. A ten-step exercise routine included.
Becoming the Lotus is a complete work in itself but for those who have
been studying the work of Franz Bardon; Becoming the Lotus is an
excellent book of details in the preparation for proper and
effective meditation. Bardon provides very advanced exercises that
lead to ultimate perfection and presumes the reader has done his or
her homework in basics. To have included all of the necessary details
in the work of Franz Bardon would have made the Bardon works enormous
and in some ways impractical books. Becoming the Lotus by Anton Temple
provides another simple but essential piece of the puzzle in achieving
more complete results from mediation.
Any student of the work of Franz Bardon will find
Becoming the Lotus a very useful and practical tool towards ultimate
spiritual development.

Hello: "I received
the little booklet the other day and have found it to be such an
amazing collection of information. Thank you so much for making this
available. I got more out of this book than I did in all the yoga
classes I ever took all put together!"
