To help eliminate Candida yeast and yeast
infections in principle; The internal toxins must be removed, the internal
organ functions must be restored and the food intake must be improved.
Without this the problem will simply not go away or manifest as something
still more complex in future.
Every Natural Candida yeast and yeast

It is important to
note that a good diet is detoxifying in itself and is the ultimate remedy
but when organs have become sluggish in their function as in the case of

As
previously mentioned, it should be remembered that
the body eliminates in three ways to accommodate the solid, liquid and
gaseous wastes that the body produces. The general digestive tract itself, the
liver, kidneys, lungs and skin should be kept clean in order that they may
function properly. Therefore, something as simple as physical activity, that
provokes simple sweating is good. Activity should be perused until it
provokes sweat and should not be stopped until it does. This does not mean
heavy work outs. Walking, to the point of perspiration is good. Sauna and or
hot salt baths are also excellent methods of eliminating wastes through the skin.
(Note: people with heart conditions should consult their health care
practitioners about bathing in hot water.)
A hot bath tub with about 1 pound of sea salt, and 1 pound of baking soda
is very effective way of drawing out toxins. If the skin is dry or itchy
about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of apple cider or wine vinegar can be added. It is
hard to believe that this very simple process can be so helpful. Some will
find that dry brushing the skin will make this process even more effective
because it opens up the pores of the skin by removing the dry dead skin.
An excellent diet is
the homeopathic diet. This diet is not well known today. It was
recommended by Hannemann the originator of homeopathy. If
Hannemann was treating someone, he would refuse to proceed unless
they would follow his diet. This diet is identical to the Biblical
Pulse in the Book of Daniel and it has resurfaced in the work of

Foods that are best:
Cooked grains
(semolina, oats, rice, barley, etc), lentils, beans, peas, only
very ripe fruit, or if not properly ripened it should be cooked or
baked. Only organic non homogenized 2% milk over the cooked foods if
desired. Freshly prepared not farmed fish.
No salt or sugar or
spices for the first few months. Eat as much as you like.
As the wastes are
eliminated many people feel uncomfortable in which case they have
suggested colonics or simple enemas.
