THE FLANNEL PACK FOR PALMA CHRISTI CASTOR OIL

Castor Oil is typically applied where needed and kept in place by placing it onto a clean flannel cloth and then applying that castor oil soaked cloth where needed. Naturally, a natural fiber cloth is best and once a cloth has been designated for that use, it should not be used for anything else.

The cloth used for a castor oil pack is reusable and should be washed and stored when done. But, when the castor oil packs are to be used on successive days; to prevent the castor oil already applied onto a clean flannel cloth from going rancid, the cloth can be put into a plastic bag and refrigerated between applications. After removing it from the refrigerator a little more oil can be added and re-applied.

A heating pad usually helps the castor oil work its magic. Keep in mind that a heating pad is made of plastics which are not friendly to castor oil. Castor oil could dissolve the plastics. For this reason it is best to place a plastic bag between the heating pad and the castor oil packs before applying the packs.

Pine Tar Shampoo was a product often recommended by Edgar Cayce in his writings. The hair loves it. This is a product created to be helpful for your hair and scalp. It is most often used when there is eczema or psoriasis along the hair line and scalp. Those who use it love it.
